Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (TX-18) H.R. 73 America Realizing the Informational Skills and Initiative of New Graduates Act of 2015 To establish a grant program for stipends to assist in the cost of compensation paid by employers to certain recent college graduates and to provide funding for their further education in subjects relating to mathematics, science, engineering, and technology.

Rep. Alma Adams (NC-12) H.R. 922 Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Professional Readiness Education Preparation Act To amend the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 to provide enhanced academic and career training in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, and for other purposes.

Rep. Donald Payne, Jr. (NJ-10) H.R. 615 Department of Homeland Security Interoperable Communications Act To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the Under Secretary for Management of the Department of Homeland Security to take administrative action to achieve and maintain interoperable communications capabilities among the components of the Department of Homeland Security, and for other purposes.
Rep. Bobby Rush (IL-01) H.R. 580 Data Accountability and Trust Act To protect consumers by requiring reasonable security policies and procedures to protect data containing personal information, and to provide for nationwide notice in the event of a security breach.
Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (TX-18) H.R. 85 Terrorism Prevention and Critical Infrastructure Protection Act of 2015 To codify the objective of Presidential Policy Directive 21 to improve critical infrastructure security and resilience, and for other purposes.
Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (MO-05) H.R. 699 Email Privacy Act Amends the Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986 to prohibit a provider of remote computing service or electronic communication service to the public from knowingly divulging to a governmental entity the contents of any communication that is in electronic storage or otherwise maintained by the provider, subject to exceptions.
Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (MO-05) H.R. 566 Technology-Enabled Education Innovation Partnership Act Encourages technology-based STEM education and innovation through demonstration projects through the Department of Education. Specifically has requirements that ensure most who benefit from this program are schools with over 50% free and reduced. Calls for additional study and planning at the department level to advance these goals.
Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (MO-05) H.R. 1587 Unlocking Technology Act of 2015 Amends the prohibition under federal copyright law on the circumvention of a technological measure that controls access to a copyright-protected work to require that such prohibition apply only to circumventions carried out in order to infringe or facilitate infringement of a protected work.
Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (MO-05) H.R. 1128 Department of Veterans Affairs Cyber Security Protection Act Directs the Assistant Secretary to submit to such committees: (1) quarterly, a plan of action to address critical known VA information security vulnerabilities; and (2) annually, a plan for identifying and replacing VA operating systems that are out-of-date or unsupported.
Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (MO-05) H.R. 726 Secure Data Act Prohibits a federal agency from requiring or requesting a manufacturer, developer, or seller of any computer hardware, software, or electronic device made available to the general public to design or alter the security functions in such products to allow the surveillance of any user or the physical search of such product by any agency. Exempts from such prohibition products used by law enforcement agencies for electronic surveillance as authorized under the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act.
Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (MO-05) H.R. 1121 Online Job Training Act of 2015 Amends the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act to require the Secretary of Labor to award National Online Workforce Training Grants for workforce training programs using distance-learning technologies, such as the Internet. Requires such grants to be awarded on a competitive basis to educational institutions, community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, state or local boards, or units of general local government which provide online workforce training.
Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (MO-05) H.R. 821 Wi-Fi Innovation Act Requires the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to provide additional unlicensed spectrum in the 5850-5925 megahertz band under technical rules suitable for the widespread commercial development of unlicensed operations. Directs the FCC, if it determines that existing licensees would not be harmed by interference, to modify regulations to adopt technical rules for widespread commercial deployment of unlicensed operations for such band.
Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver (MO-05) H.R. 748 GI Bill STEM Extension Act of 2015 Authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to pay up to nine months of additional Post-9/11 Educational Assistance to a veteran who has used all of the Post-9/11 Educational Assistance to which he or she was entitled and who: (1) is enrolled in a postsecondary education program that requires more than the standard 128 semester (or 192 quarter) credit hours for completion in a specified science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) field; or (2) has earned a postsecondary degree in one of those fields and is enrolled in a teaching certification program.
Rep. Alma Adams (NC-12) H.R. 922 STEM PREP Act This bill creates a pipeline of trained workers to fill STEM jobs that require an associate degree or less and prioritizes the inclusion of Arts into career and technical STEM education to encourage more creativity in the STEM field.
Rep. Marcia Fudge H.R. 2155 Community STEM Learning Act of 2015 The Community STEM Learning Act of 2015 amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) to award grants to regional and national intermediaries grants for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) programs.
